A Perfect Stranger by Shalini Boland
3.0

2.5 stars rounded up. This was the most tame “thriller” I’ve ever read. No real twists or turns or adrenaline surges. No particularly likable characters and a plot line that was completely foreseeable from a mile away. It passed the time on a long drive, but I didn’t feel any burning need to get back to it, either. Ho hum. It was a free book through audible so, at least in this case, I got what I paid for. The performances by the voice actors was far superior to the book itself.
