“Don’t let the bow tie fool you, Stella. I’m not always nice. (…) When the situation calls for it, I can be downright rough.”

There’s something special about men written by Tessa Bailey.

I really enjoyed this rom-com: good chemistry, dirty talk, fast paced, funny moments. I love the way Stella and Aiden complete each other and learn together how to set new boundaries, despite having very different backgrounds. Both of them let their past get in the way of their happiness, so it is nice to see them put themselves first for once.

I’m definitely biased because the reverse grumpy/sunshine is one of my favourite tropes, but I still recommend it. Note this book has the insta-love trope, which I understand is not for everyone.

A special mention to Leland, who absolutely deserves the employee of the month title. He is so funny.

Read if you like:

* Reverse grumpy/sunshine (obviously)
* Workplace romance
* Insta-love trope
