This was not as good as the first to a certain extent. I did like the cliffhanger at the ending. There were parts that pissed me off. But I guess the ending made up for it. I'm really hoping there will be more of Ashyn in the next book. The story mostly focused on Moria and I'm really hoping for some more action with Ashyn. Gavril's "fake" betrayal was pretty obvious to be honest. He said to remember that he betrayed her. We all know he's not a traitor. His secret betrayal did remind me somewhat of Kaldur from Young justice except in young justice it was done better. The characters really did annoy me especially Ronan and his "secret." Dude just say it already. I thought the ending with Ashyn was really epic since she apparently has to unleash a dragon in the next book which sounds so awesome! I'm not so sure about the partnership with Gavril and Moira and I'm hoping it'll stay a partnership because I really like there friendship in the first book.
