⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just finished reading “Me vs. Brain” by the amazing Hayley Morris, and let me tell you, it’s an absolute gem! From the moment I started this book, I felt like I was chatting with a close friend who just gets it. Hayley’s hilarious anecdotes and candid storytelling had me nodding along in agreement the whole way through.

Seriously, who hasn’t had those moments of overthinking every little thing? Whether it’s imaginary arguments in the shower or hiding your unmentionables from the plumber, (I literally just did this after very thing). Hayley tackles it all with humor and heart.

One thing that really struck me is how Hayley manages to make you feel like you’re not alone. Reading her book, I found myself thinking, “Wait, I’m not the only one who thinks like this?” It’s like she’s inside your head, shining a light on those moments of self-doubt and anxiety we all experience.

But what I love most about “Me vs. Brain” is that it’s not just about dwelling on the negatives. Hayley’s message of finding humor in our quirks and embracing our imperfections is so refreshing. It’s a reminder that it’s okay to laugh at ourselves and that we’re all just doing the best we can.

If you’re looking for a hilarious and relatable read that’ll make you feel seen, “Me vs. Brain” is definitely the book for you. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
