I loved this book so much. The story is written in a way that is simplistic and understandable for young kids, but is inspiring and informative at the same time. I think anyone of any age could read this book, learn about an amazing woman who lived, (as well as a few others in the back of the book), and come away from the experience better off than before they started. We need more stories like Antonia Brico's amplified, and for the women of the past who paved the way for women today to get the recognition they deserve. This story is so important, is well written, and the illustrations are immaculate!! I wholeheartedly recommend this book for people of all ages, genders, music lovers, musicians, and non-musicians alike.


Sidenote, my younger brother (aged 11) also read the book on my recommendation and loved it.
