* How did the book make you feel?: I enjoyed this angsty read!
* How do you feel about how the story was told?: As others have pointed out, this story is so similar to TUW, it can’t be a coincidence, but it was still good. Things like TUW: It started with the MC’s having sex and the h realizing she was done, the H is seen publicly with OW, the h’s father uses her as a pawn, they suffered a miscarriage, the H knows nothing about the h, the h gets a makeover, she gets pregnant again, the H realizes his wife was innocent of deception and he must grovel, etc.
* What did you think about the main characters?: The h was a fairy-like person who always forgets to eat (I wish I did that) and she was rather pathetic IMO. The H was very macho, but at least he was capable of feeling guilt and showing remorse.
* Which parts of the book stood out to you?: I enjoyed the groveling. Wasn’t as good as Sandro’s groveling, but it was good.
* What themes/tropes did you detect in the story?: unwanted wife, h accused of deception
* What did you think about the ending?: It was predictable, but good
