Booked on a Feeling
by Jayci Lee
This novel is a third in the “A Sweet Mess” series and follow Lizzy Chung, an overachieving lawyer with parental pressure and her best friend, Jack Park, an accounting whiz working for his family brewery in Weldon.
This was a cute and fun book that took place mostly in a bookshop, which I loved! I enjoyed both Lizzy and Jack, their dynamic, and all of the supporting characters. The writing was really good, and it was an easy sweet book to read.
What I thought might have been missing was a little more about their history, I wanted to get to know younger Lizzy and Jack a bit better, but all in all, I enjoyed it.
Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin’s Griffin for the advance copy.
