This was really disappointing, to be honest. It was like the author was almost undoing all of the fun parts of the first book, and I was almost halfway through and there was like zero drama?Connor's gone, and now Beatrice is falling for Teddy. Nina is falling for Ethan, Sam is clearly being set up for Marshall... What was the point of the forbidden relationship drama of the first one if they were all gonna fall for the "right" people in the second one, anyway?
It was just lacking pretty much everything I liked about the first one, and we didn't even seem to be building to anything? I don't know, I was just bored.
