Wow, that was long. But so, so beautiful. One of those books that can only be described as a masterpiece, a truly grand work of art. There are few stories that move you, emotionally and spiritually, at such a deeply human level (if you’re willing to go in on a saga of >700 pages). Will be thinking about these characters, and their truly depressing lives, for quite awhile.
