Thanks to Embla Books and Dandy Smith at NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read and review ‘The Wedding Vow’.
It follows Verity Lockwood who is at a retreat while her husband, Linden is brutally beaten to death at their home. A year later the police aren’t any closer to finding Linden’s killer, grieving Verity and her cousin go through Linden’s things when they find a laptop, a burner phone and a stack of love letters. Linden was having an affair… and she needs to know who. Everyone is a suspect! Who is lying and who is telling the truth? She will stop at nothing to unearth it all. It is written from the perspective of ‘The Wife’ and ‘The Other Woman’. The Wedding Vow is an incredible read and it’s fantastically written. I enjoyed each and every character and they all had their place which I adored. Its seriously gripping, suspenseful, captivating with jaw dropping twists and some more twists then it takes a turn that I didn’t see coming. I am in utter shock and awe. Although I personally would’ve liked to hear more about the murder scene this book is a 6 stars and I genuinely couldn’t fault anything about it. It had me racking my brain for any possible signs but I was clueless until the very end, I couldn’t stop thinking about this book and if you love psychological thrillers you MUST READ THIS BOOK! I highly recommend!! 10/10
