What a great end to the series. i loved it so much. a curse for true love was epic. it was everything i could have ever wanted to finish up the series. this is my second favorite book in the series, and it is still a 5-star read. what a ride this book takes you on and the characters and the plot and how there is so much to cram into one book and yet the story flows perfectly and wonderfully. the plot was so good. even though this book was mainly based on the characters and their arcs i loved how the lot just blended in and how many twists and turns there were. the story was so well written and incorporated everything that a reader could have wanted. At the start of the book i didn't fully get why everyone hated Apolo, like i didn't like him but he wasn't evil to me. but after reading this book. OMG. i want to murder that guy. i guessed that the person he loved most was himself and that he would die with the tree so i was overcome with joy when that happened. that brings us onto characters. they of course were fantastic. amazing, wonderful. Evangaline and Jacks were spectacular as always and are great main characters. i was praying so hard for them to kiss, because obviously the whole story was a lead up to the fact that they were the soul mates. so, when they kiss, i cried with pure joy. i was screaming because i was so happy. i had waited three books for that kiss to finally happen. and i love how after the kiss it looks like Evangaline is going to die but really, she fell down because she was so happy. that was such a relief. i loved Evangaline character growth and how she overcame her problems and i loved getting to read from jacks and Apolo's Pov's. especially jacks. it was so cool to finally be able to see inside his mind and what he was thinking. i loved how jacks was keeping Evangaline safe and helping train her and being a stranger and then getting to watch Evangaline fall in love with jacks all over again. ahhhhhhh. pure love i cried a few times while reading this book all out of joy and pure happiness. no sad tears during this book and ahhhh, the book was just so sweet. jacks of course is one of my favorite book boyfriends and i can't forget to mention Lala. i love her, such a beautiful and sweet character that made the book so good. the ending of a curse for true love rapped up the book perfectly and i am content with the three-book series and am happy its over ending on that note. what a good book. please read the series and if you have read the first two you must read this book.
