Positives:
- Overall I enjoyed it
- I liked the writing
- Toxic sapphic vampires. And it's actually toxic, like it was promised.
Exploration of toxic abusive relationship and the aftermath - queers can be bad people too - The theme of what are you willing to sacrifice to get what you want, and what would you do after you got what you asked for?
- María's POV was mesmerising. I guess it's fascinating to read a psycho
Negatives:
- Too long. Too meandering. The writing got me going, but I was kinda bored many times.
- Not much plot
- Alice's flashbacks and back story is quite boring. I skipped through all the Catty and her step mums part 'cause I just couldn't
- Alice is a character to explore
Lottie and Sabine' s character , she's not really her own character The setup of Lottie telling Alice her life story as a flashback was really forced.
