I think the writing in this book is decent, which is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. I had high expectations, and I felt a bit disappointed by this book. The pacing of the book was a bit slow for me. I found it hard to care about the characters because they were so boring, and the author barely gave enough about the mystery throughout the book for me to really care about where it was going. I felt like this book was trying to do a lot, but in the end didn't really have much to say.
