characters didn’t seem to have chemistry, Noa judges Lilah for being in beauty pageants which is just an odd thing to judge someone on—sure, they’re not practical, but who tf cares? The plot was boring, didn’t feel like it was really going anywhere due to the fact there seemed to be no chemistry between them. Then there was the overused “I can’t tell if they like me or not so I won’t say anything” trope. MY issue with the book is that the description of Noa didn’t match the cover?? Odd…
