I really liked the beginning of this book. Honestly, my rating is more about the first 3/4 of this book than the last part. I loved the start of the relationship between Carmilla and Laura. I just wish it had been expanded on more. I do understand at the time this would have been a very difficult to accomplish. For what it is, I did like it.
