Did not finish book. Stopped at 71%.
I DNF'd at 71% when I realized I was more interested in starting a new book than I was in finishing this one.
I loved the first book in the series and heard so many people say this was their favorite, but I just wasn't getting it. The miscommunication trope is at the bottom of my favorites list, along with surprise/secret pregnancy.
I think a lot of my issue was with the audiobook specifically. The narrators weren't the voices I expected the characters to sound like and it continually brought me out of the story. And the male narrator was at a slightly faster speed than the female narrator so kept having to adjust play speed.
Overall, I'd recommend it to folks who like the tropes in this book and can handle a heavy dose of miscommunication, but it just wasn't for me.
