Crazy Little Thing by Tracy Brogan
3.0
This book was good enough that I started it yesterday evening and stayed up to finish it, although things were getting a bit predictable towards the end. That isn't necessarily a bad thing in a book that I would call a "summer beach read". For me, when I read a book like this I am not looking for mystery or much in the way of suspense; just a straight-forward fun story and "Crazy Little Thing" delivered.
The characters are well-written and the dialogue is witty and fun. I found myself laughing out loud at some points, although I can't say for certain if this was because it was laugh-out-loud funny or if I was so tired I was getting slap happy.
Either way, if you are looking for a fun story with a main character that many divorced women with kids can probably relate to, and supporting characters that you wish were members of your own family, than this book is worth considering.
