This book is an utter joy to read. The absolute delight I receive as a queer person who favors classics to be able to read something of the likes of Jane Austen, but queer, is absolutely enormous. This book is comfort read of mine, for unlike, say, Well of Loneliness, it doesn’t throw me into the pits of depression, instead it’s hopeful, and has a happy ending. God I love this novel, gods bless Forster for writing it.
