Before even meeting her, Harper impressed me with her maturity and strength. Not only does she figure out to pretend to be over Jake, she also manages to live in the same town as him without losing her mind. There's no way I could do that!

As a former dancer, I absolutely loved that Sidney takes ballet classes and Harper owns the studio in town.  Sidney is an outgoing ball of energy with a broody father who smiles only for her. The father-daughter bond they have is beautiful.

Harper and Jake's journey is filled with lots of ups and downs and lots of bickering, but it is so worth it in the end. All three of the characters are great on their own. But when you put the three of them together, you get a perfect little family.
