The One Memory of Flora Banks
by Emily Barr
I'm a sucker for any young adult fiction book, but this one was so different from anything I've ever read! I love that it's in the first person from Flora's perspective. Being inside the mind of someone with no short-term memory is such a new side of things that I've never experienced, and I loved that one minute she would remember something, and then 2 pages later, forget it and we were there to experience it with her.
The twists were fantastic! It does take a while to get to these great twists, but it makes every page worth it! Such a good read.
