challenging hopeful informative inspiring fast-paced

I am new to non-fiction and by far this is the best one ever. I was worried I would find it boring or hard to read, but surprisingly it was very fun read. The writer really did his best to make things easy to understand although there’s a lot of science talk. I definitely started caring more about my sleep quality after I started reading this book. It seems quite long but author covers everything you ever wonder about sleep, so it is just the perfect length. I definitely want to read again a decade later.
