Speaking of Summer
by Kalisha Buckhanon
3.5 stars. Autumn, a writer and coder, is searching for her missing twin sister Summer. The story goes back and forth in time - from her childhood to the present revealing little by little the root of Autumn's trauma.
This was a challenging book, mainly for the choppy writing style, and a very confused character trying to figure herself out. Towards the end I started to enjoy the story more and feel less frustrated. Even though I saw the twist coming, I liked the way Buckhanon ended Autumn's story.
