Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family
by Omid Scobie, Carolyn Durand
This was mostly a big yawn for me, but there were a few interesting facts in it. Did not know the Queen has to agree to your marriage in UK if you are closer than 6 people away from inheriting the Crown (a law since 1772).
What's more interesting to me is how people view Meghan - as a breath of fresh air, or a manipulative hussy? And that's apart from race issues. Honestly, we (the public) don't really know what she is really like, except for the a few interviews, etc., so viewpoints probably tell us more about the person holding them than the subject. Too bad the book didn't delve into this more instead of detailing who works where and friends' names, etc.
