Surprised to be left on a cliffhanger! (The previous books left things open, but didn't seem to be as hanging.)

But, overall, another good, entertaining (in as much as a book about sadistic serial killers can be called that...) read. And IQ's mental health is more prominently addressed, which is also a relief after the major inconsistencies over the first four books.
