This book is a great companion to do alongside therapy sessions, or just learning how to manage mental illness on your own. A lot of the skills and practices laid out in this book have really helped changed my life and the way that I interact with the world around me, even if some of it tends to be repetitive. Nothing here was particularly ground-breaking, but it was useful and invaluable nonetheless.
