I won't spoil the book for anyone, but the ending was disappointingly short. It's like he felt he just either ran out of time or paper. Lots happens...lots of fighting...then...The End. Extremely little in the way of an epilogue. I came to care for the characters and there was very little closure, and really nothing left to base another book on (though I hope he decides to).
