If you've read Sara Cate before - you've knocked out the Salacious Players club or you're into the Goode Brothers series, whatever - you can stop reading the review here. This is another absolute banger. But for those of you who need more convincing...

📕 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The Home Wrecker by Sara Cate

📙 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: The Goode Brothers character series. Book 2.

📗 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: E-Book ARC on Kindle. 🆓️ on KU

📘 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗲: Erotic romance

📔 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘀: MMF, marriage in crisis, cheating, corruption kink, dom/sub dynamics

📖 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: Briar and Caleb's marriage is at a turning point. They're disconnected and trying desperately to hold on to each other. But when Dean - a sex worker who is the opposite of the couple in every way - moves in to their garage apartment, both find themselves attracted to him for different reasons.

🌟 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: I'm sure the second Sara Cate wrote that one of the main tropes in this book was cheating, everyone was worried about reading it. But listen - I have learned not to doubt Sara Cate, and you shouldn't either.

What she's done here is create another beautiful story, where love is a fluid thing that doesn't just belong between one man and one woman. The Goode Brothers series is an interesting take on religion and erotica, and I personally love the way it's playing out.

And for those of you worrying about the "cheating" - I wouldn't say it's in the most literal sense. This couple turns into a throuple earlier than the halfway point, so it feels much more like an evolution. The result of that evolution is a highly emotional and really beautiful story, filled with the spice you'd expect from Sara Cate. I absolutely loved it.

𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹: 5/5 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶

📝 𝗔 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲… This series has an underlying story about the collapse of the Goode family's megachurch. Usually I am all for reading in whatever order, BUT you need to read The Anti-Hero before picking up The Home Wrecker.
