This was a really cute book! It’s a cozy mystery, cute romance, some regency history, and its version of The British Baking Show. It’s somehow all works together!  The FMC and MMC are very cute and a slow burn ending in a really good kiss. They are cute flirting and have genuine adoration and care for each other. I will definitely give this author/series another try if another is in this series. There were a lot of styles of books in this plot but it somehow worked. The pace just seemed too slow for me and the mystery was not as complicated and it could have been.
