Third book I read (though, I think, published second after Hatchet). Brian goes back to the wilderness along with Derek, who is there to observe and experience surviving in the wild himself. It was... all right. The Hatchet books are all very short, so I think that more should happen than what actually does and I can't fully seem to get into it. I wanted more interaction with Derek and Brian and trying to survive, mainly, which isn't really the books fault that it veered wildly off that path. Average, overall.
