Lucky in Love by Jill Shalvis

5.0

Mallory and Ty. Wow. Mallory is the quintessential good girl. Always trying to balance out her reckless siblings. She's a nurse at the county hospital, and is working to get a Community Health center off the ground. Enter one vicious snow storm. That's where she meets her two new best friends, and saves Ty. Ty is a former Seal trauma medic, who is on medical leave for a really bad accident. He's haunted by the fact that he couldn't save his crew from a plane crash. My heart totally breaks for him.

The chemistry between the two of them is explosive from the very beginning, as Mallory sees Ty as the walk on the wild side that she wants, and Ty just can't resist her. Gotta love that. Sex on the first date...definitely a little shocked that that happened, but hey, it happens to us all. That one person that you just can't resist, no matter how hard you try.

I love how quietly Ty supports Mallory, and sometimes not so quietly. Helping her with getting the Community center going, and being in her corner.

Gotta love Jill Shalvis...she always delivers when I want just a great love story with a happy ending.
