In the previous book I complained about how Letty had not been developed as a character. This book corrects that. Her plot was a 5/5.
I am not particularly big into the political aspects of some of the novels thus far. Otherwise, this would be a 5. 5/5 for the Letty bits for sure. Loved the Juliet Briar and Letty plot.
Overall this was a pretty good book. No serious complaints other than I do kinda miss the old unmarried Davenport days of serial killers etc. I'm not a big fan of this BCA stuff with Lucas being a fixer of situations. It's okay, but I miss his cop cop days. Hoping future books don't swing too often too heavily in the political way.
