Maus: A Survivor's Tale. My Father Bleeds History by Art Spiegelman

5.0

The way Spiegelman portrays all the characters is just amazing, it feels so real, so human. So far and different from those black and white stories we’re used to. He portrays trauma and how it affects every little thing in a persons life in a way that felt so personal to me. I had read wonders about these books and now I can corroborate them. I wish I had read this sooner, maybe I would’ve understood some things better.
