From the beginning, you know that this story centers around a young girl who went missing and how her disappearance affected her family around her. This book is NOT an “edge of your seat thriller” with twists and turns that you don’t see coming. It is more of a very dark mystery. Even though parts of this book was predictable, I was ok with it because I felt that the story was told well. There were parts of this book that were extremely tough for me to read because you find out the missing girls point of view and what she went through. I almost didn’t get through that part but I’m glad I pushed through. The very end of this book had me crying huge tears.
