As always another great book by Clare Sager. This was a snappy standalone set in the Saberverse. I loved the interactions between the characters especially Ariadne and Lysander. It was nice to know their backstory after reading A Touch of poison. I thought the concept of the threadwitch was so cool especially as a person who crochets. I also liked the different insight into some of the creatures in Elphame. I am excited to read on about Rose's story next!
