These Violent Delights by Micah Nemerever

“It was a relief and a horror to be known so perfectly”

obsession, longing, insanity, and aesthetics. All of the characteristics which I find so fascinating and interesting which makes me love it.

It’s alright, I think the thought process behind the two characters is something truly impressive, I love how flawed and real (although not as much) they are.

But I personally think it could have been more unpredictable and profound than what it truly is, I feel as though it needed more pages and more story—but it’s not.

I didn’t necessarily adore the ending particularly, I found it slightly sloppy and lazy. Although I truly am fascinated at the fact that makes you think about what truly happened, as it can be interpreted in so many different ways.

I liked it, I think the obsession is written extremely good, which is the think that I liked most. Yeah, it’s good, but not amazing.
