I really enjoyed this book. I now see that I’ve read this series out of order, but it seemed fine as a standalone. Tate is so wise beyond his years. Such a sweetheart and funny too. There’s really only one scene where there is spice and it’s not too graphic. I got nervous when I was down to the last 90% because I didn’t read to see if there was a HEA or not. The side characters’ story intertwined flawlessly with the main characters’ life and I’m hoping for their entire story one day. I know Elle Kennedy primarily writes college romance but I’m holding out hope for the parent story.
