Fragile Lives by Ariana Cane
5.0

Archie's book deals with heavy topics, so read trigger warnings.

Out of all of Ariana Cane’s book, this one hit me the most because I resonated with both main characters.

If you love heroes with inner turmoil, you're going to love Archie. I loved this book and the characters. Archie is a man who has had a trouble past. There’s a lot of guilt and self-blame to the point where he is deeply depressed. And then there’s Leila, the one who wants to always help others, ‘fix broken things’ as they say. The way Leila can see right through what others can't makes her the best person for Archie, in my opinion.

There are loads of spicy scenes and I have to admit Leila surprised me completely, but I loved her so much.

This book is a roller coster. I’m trying not to spoil the book but here’s what you can expect:

Ex-military, one bed, enemies to lovers, protective brothers, and a HEA.
