Active Hope (revised): How to Face the Mess We're in with Unexpected Resilience and Creative Power by Joanna Macy, Joanna Macy, Chris Johnstone

3.0

I enjoyed this book a lot. Much of it really resonated with me. For some reason that I still can't put my finger on, I wanted more from it. Maybe the exercises and the suggestions have more impact in a workshop setting and that was the missing piece. I don't know. It is good and I do recommend it, I feel like it helped me get in a better headspace and reframe some things for myself, but I would not put it into the bucket of "life-altering".
