I admit, R isn't one of my favorite arcs, probably least favorite in the series to be honest. But it does have its charm. We finally get to see the future and the truth of Chibi-Usa's existence. But I won't spoil here, but I suspect most know what she is.

This volume is better than the last R volume in terms of story telling. We get higher stakes, a lot more information and worldbuilding that turns the series on it's head. We get more action and character development as well. The story takes a pretty dark turn compared to the previous volume as well. One thing that surprised me when I read the Sailor Moon manga the first time was how dark it got.

But all in all, I liked it. Sailor Moon was my childhood, so I doubt I can ever dislike it. Art is beautiful as always, and it's always nice to revisit the senshi.
