Let me start by saying, I love dragons. Due to previous reviews and social media I was skeptical at first but since I decided to do a reading vlog for my YouTube channel (booksofyarns) where I would read Goodreads best books of 2023 I decided to give it a try. The pace was steady with a ying yang between the friends to lovers and enemies to lovers trope. The plot was fantasy with the author focusing on what was important. I loved every minute of it. And would read again.
