Will They or Won't They by Ava Wilder
5.0

Cringe Level: 0/10 (A rare feat)

I'm not well versed in the minutiae of television production. So I can't say how much of this was far fetched. But I know for sure that this CW style show would have already been filming in Vancouver in the first place, not just for a big two parter with the rest filmed in LA. Doesn't detract from the book just thought it was funny.

The male main character is from Oklahoma but his narrator in the audiobook didn't really have an accent, or at least a really subtle one. But the female narrator put on a pretty noticable accent for him in her parts. Caused a little bit of a disconnect for me but nothing major.

One thing I didn't like is the
Spoilermale main character eventually confesses he's been in love with the female main character since the day they met. This always irks me because no he wasn't, he was infatuated at best, lustful at worst. It takes more than bonding in one chemistry test to be in love, it is deeper than that, and when romance writers write it this way it cheapens it.
At least in my opinion.

Other than that one thing, a great sophomore outing from Ava Wilder and I'd say even better than her first.
