This was one of those books that started out really great in the beginning & then tapered off for a while and then had a really great ending. I listened to the audiobook and thought the narrator was absolutely fantastic. I also LOVED Jane as a character. I felt like she was quirky and could relate to her diarrhea of the mouth when in everyday situations cause SAME GIRL! However, I sometimes felt like her internal monologues went on too long and found myself losing interest at some points in the story. It also didn't help that I loathed Quinn's character as I felt like he was as interesting as a brick. Like I get overbearing protective MMC, but sheesh, he could have had a personality of some sort. I also felt like the underlying story could have been more prominent throughout the story and made the book more interesting, instead of piling it all on at the end. Like half the book I was like, is there an underlying story? Not really sure... I loved the idea of the book, and the knitting club as a cute little background thing with witty side characters who I know are featured in the other books but having a line up like Mr. BrickMcHotPants and then TERRIBLE side characters like John and Gem just made me struggle to get through this book.
