This book is bizarre, a bit gross, endlessly intriguing, and just so neatly served up. King as good as I've read him anywhere. We've got an introduction to these characters and world and at this point things are really running wild. The spaces and places he describes are just beyond imagination, and so fully rendered, and the scenarios are in perfect turn disturbing, heartwarming/breaking, action packed, and philosophical.
