The Good Daughters by Joyce Maynard

3.0

I don't tend to write many reviews. Or read many for that matter. But, I couldn't decide if the predictability of this book should impact my rating. It was evident early on the the babies were switched. However, because it was so well-written and the flow of the story kept me engaged, I gave it the rating I did. I actually would've given 2.5 because I didn't think the sexual parts really added to the story. Also, I expected Ruth to have displayed more reaction/horror/emotion when she realized Ray was her brother. I know I did.
