You & Me at the End of the World
by Brianna Bourne
I have mixed feelings on this one...I almost stopped, because "OH MY GOD, I GET IT ALREADY! You think he's attractive, he thinks you are attractive!"
Over and over and over again.
But...weird things were happening. And they appeared to be the only two people alive. While I think more panic/concern was needed, the story also starts when they meet and they have been separately alone for five days already.
So, despite the insta-attraction (which one of the characters does acknowledge as ridiculous), and the ad nauseum descriptions of their attraction, I HAD TO KNOW!!! What was happening?!?!?! And while the conclusion was on my "maybe this is happening list" it was a sort of satisfying, and I'm glad the characters actually had a chance to grow. Teens looking for something a little different might like this one.
