meh …. i was so excited by the premise of a cooking competition au but i got bored a bunch of times while reading and could have left it unfinished at any point. pacing was slow and i think i would have liked more cooking show content lol. there was also this undertone of millennial girlboss energy which even romances that are set in the context of jobs can avoid so i don’t like that those vibes kept popping up in this book.
