If I had to describe this book I'd say it's like if a Hozier song was a book. It has the deep, atmospheric forest imagery, longing, what it means to be human and folklore of a Hozier song. So obviously I loved this. I was so sucked in and could see, feel, and smell everything that was described. The writing was enchanting and warm and although it was short I felt very impacted. Oh god this was a good one
