The Perfect Marriage by Jeneva Rose
4.0
I’ll admit, my jaw dropped at “11 years later…I was at the prison for Adam’s execution.” I figured there would be a typical happy ending. I wish we could’ve had insight into the trial a bit more since there was such build up.
I had a suspicion of the ending about halfway through the book. I figured Sarah was the only one with motive enough to kill. I honestly might have liked if the book ended right after the execution and we had to guess the rest.
I think there are parts of the book that are very unbelievable (wife representing her husband for murder, for one), but I enjoyed reading it.
