I read this book back in the day, it was extremely controversial then, and the author was persecuted for his views. I remember vividly BIG CORP doing their utmost to discredit him, and they succeeded. Image the millions of lives that this humble book would have saved if only it was taken seriously when first published. I rate this book a firm 4.2-stars, well worth the read, especially if you are pre-diabetic or diabetic type-2.
