The Forward Line by K.G. Erin
2.0
This book had so much promise but I was continually distracted by strange punctuation and formatting errors. There were also many fade to black scenes that felt like they needed to be included. Not enough hockey and not enough spice. Some of the text felt clunky like an action would be over-described or a physical trait used too often to describe a character. The plot was predictable but not in a fun, campy way. I’m surprised I stuck with the book and finished it.
